I had a great experience at Rego Bespoke, the staff was exceptionally helpful with me measuring and fitting together the perfect suit. The amount of detail that comes from the tailoring is unmatched. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for all types of stylish clothing that ranges from sporty to casual to dress wear. Will definitely be back!
With their innovative fitting technology, they were able to provide me with not only garments of quality, but as well as the exact fit I was looking for. The family at Rego Bespoke does not stop until each and every client is satisfied. They are able to find exactly what I was looking for along with other items I did not know I needed.
I'd certainly recommend to anyone looking to dress up for an occasion, or just office wear. They have a beautiful array of jackets, shirts, shoes, ties combined with good knowledge of what goes well for you. Give them a call and I bet they will find something for you!
I can't wait to go back again for their honest and genuine recommendations!
I walked-in without an appointment about a month ago to buy a pair of dress shoes before an important event. I left without the shoes, but instead I ordered a made-to-measure suit. The measuring process was amazing, Rego has it down to a science. It only took a few weeks for the suit to arrive for try-on and final tailoring. It was wonderful working with Fernando, the process was easy and his customer service was impeccable, and the suit I just picked up fits better than any other suit I own. Highly recommend!
Second pair of Allen Edmonds St John’s double monk. Both pair fit perfectly and we’re comfortable from day one. First pair were worn almost daily and are three years old and are still in great condition.
Very hard to find an ox blood belt to match my shoes. Bought a few online, none where a good colour, this one was perfect. Seems well made, won't really know though untill I've been wearing it a few months.
Look nice, and great functionality. I own several pair, and use them in all my AE shoes. Keeps the shoes looking nice for a longer period of time.
I bought a pair of Allen Edmonds' full-toe cedar shoe trees. The quality was good. No sharp edges, very aromatic and other than a slightly stiff spring in one of the shoe trees I had no problems. I had slight trouble removing the shoe trees from a pair of AEs' so I bought some hanger bolts and kitchen cabinet pulls to add a handle to them. I drilled a pilot hole in each shoe tree (through the aluminum AE tag) I inserted the machine screw end into the cabinet knobs and then screwed the knob/bolt assemblies into the shoe trees. Now the shoe trees are very easy to insert or remove.
I only purchase Allen Edmonds shoes and accessories for my son because he wears a 7.5 or 8 B. They are always spot on and never require a return. Excellent quality and workmanship and are American made.
Will still be in the same shape 40 years from now, but I won't be.
A very well made comfortable shoe for my me. I liked the first pair so much, I bought 4 others in different colors. The fit is true to size and the quality is everything I have come to expect from AE.
The original shoe had a suede patch on the back of the heel that kept the heel snug. My latest purchase does not have that feature and I wish it did. I would like to see AE bring that feature back.
The Randolph penny loafer is a timeless classic that belongs in every gentleman's wardrobe.
I own two pairs, the burgundy shell cordovan and the black shell cordovan. The former is a particular favorite, not only for the comfort, but also for convenience and versatility that nonetheless do not sacrifice style. I fly often and like to travel light without checked bags. The loafer slips on and off easily for those pesky TSA screenings. It can be dressed up or down and appropriate for all but the most formal occasions when nothing but a lace-up will do. Thus on trips, the burgundy loafer goes well with both the khakis for the flight and the suit for meetings.
If you can afford it, the quality and feel of the shell cordovan really is worth it.
After reading a few reviews on the Randolph I thought I'd chime in. I've owned many different shoes from many different shoe makers. I've settled on Allen Edmonds because they make a great shoe. I've owned my Chesters and Sanfords since 1995. They've been resoled multiple times and I've used Allen Edmonds refurbish feature which makes these shoes look like new.
After reading a poor review of the Randolph I didn't think it was fair. All leather shoes take time to wear in. Leather is a nature product so there is variation so I don't expect each shoe to be exact. When I've had a slight fit issue, if they are tight, I take my new shoes to the shoe repair store and have them stretch. I've owned shoes from other manufactures that regardless of how long I've worn them they still are uncomfortable. My Chesters and Sanfords are extremely comfortable, the cork insert molds to your foot making the fit tailored to your foot, most other manufacturers don't offer this feature. Since I discovered Allen Edmonds I've continued to purchase them and now own 12+ to include Randolphs, mine are very comfortable. Since I have a rather wide foot I don't find many shoes that are accomodating to my shoe size and fit. I have strayed over the years but don't find the comfort or durability of Allen Edmond shoes and no one offers to refurbish the shoes like Allen Edmonds. I will continue to buy Allen Edmonds.
These are my second pair of Allen Edmonds. I have been wearing them for the last month and am impressed by the quality. There are no major defects and the dark brown color looks great with my slacks and chinos. I am normally a size 9.5 D and ordered the same size. They fit my feet just right. I am pleased with these AEs.
Couldn't be happier with my Randolphs. I love that the toe has some architecture to it, similar to an oxford, whereas in most moc-toe styles the top of the toe box is framed by that pinched stitching at the very front. The Randolph has a beautifully rounded toe box that really suggests the shape of the last on which it was built, and the stitching is more of a stylistic detail that recalls the silhouette of a penny loafer. This is why they are perfect to wear with absolutely anything-- as a penny loafer, they are understated and humble; as a Randolph, they are a touch more disciplined, graceful, and tidy. I really feel comfortable wearing these with a suit or with a sweater and chinos. I'd place them up against any loafer of this style, including the Alden 683s, which are lovely, but a little more pointy and elongated (which is hard to see from the photos online). I wanted something rounder and went with these. I am totally thrilled with them.
Something I did not expect was how little it would take to break them in. The lining is made from quality leather that is supple and responsive. It did not chafe my heels at all. They also feel extraordinarily sturdy. At my job I'm on my feet most of the day, and these really fit the bill.
One more thing! You can't get a sense of this from the reviews, but they make a really nice sound when you walk. It's hard to beat the soft thump of a good leather sole on the floor. It will remind you all day of the excellent decision you made buying these loafers.
If you do have a retail location near you, it's a good idea to go get fitted. Different styles fit the same foot differently, and shoes like this have the natural variation you can (and should) expect from a product made by human hands.
Please buy these loafers.
